Mr. Goldberg has been a member of the McBride real estate team since 1991 bringing more than 21 years of experience in corporate real estate brokerage to the firm. Prior to joining McBride, Mr. Goldberg was a Vice President with Summit Realty Corporation of Elmsford, New York where he worked as an industrial and office real estate broker specializing in Orange, Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York, southwest Connecticut and northwest New Jersey. He has personally brokered transactions such as the leasing of a 375,000 square foot warehouse and manufacturing facility in Orangeburg, New York to five tenants, NYNEX, General Bearing, ShopRite, Pavion LTD, and Cresco Sales. Mr. Goldberg attended the City University of New York and has completed numerous courses and seminars in all phases of real estate.
