Fred Lipton has been a commercial real estate broker for over 40 years, specializing in tenant and owner representation, and has participated in the sale or leasing of more than 17,000,000 Sq. Ft of warehousing, manufacturing, and office facilities in New Jersey and on a national level. Included in the above transactions, he represented Liz Claiborne in obtaining over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft of distribution and office space. Other large corporate clients include Coca Cola, Gift Box Corp., Park Avenue Motors (BMW and Acura), Pergament Properties, Learning Express, AMB Property Trust, Ecce Panis and Tribeca Bread, Rainforest, and Pepsi Cola Corp..
Mr. Lipton has been involved in various real estate organizations such as IOREBA, and was a member of (SIOR) Society of Industrial and Office Realtors for 15 years, a prestigious national real estate organization, where he served for a period of time as Vice President.
Mr. Lipton is a graduate of Lehigh University, having earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
