Since 1993 Mr. Tull has served as Vice President at McBride Corporate Real Estate. He is responsible for assisting buyers and tenants in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating for commercial real estate property, performing market studies and financial analyses. Some of Mr. Tull's clients include MagneTek Corp., Filtra Corp., Cord Crafts, Inc., Ranir/DCP, and Haband Corp. Prior to joining McBride, he served as Vice President at the Archie Schwartz Company Realtors where he was responsible for opening up the Passaic County territory and amassed more than $100,000,000 in sales and leases working with such firms as the Duro-Test Corp., Eaton Corp., and Home Depot. Mr. Tull is a member of IOREBA, CORFAC International, and the National Association of Office & Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and was recently honored by The Morris Area Development Group as the Industrial Real Estate Broker of the Year.
