Since joining the McBride Corporate Real Estate team in September of 2004, Robert has successfully brokered numerous lease and sale transactions in the office and industrial field. His expertise also extends to the property management field where he now serves as President of the McBride Management Services Division. Prior to McBride, Robert held a position of Vice President at Philip J. Kreizer & Associates, Inc. in West Paterson, NJ negotiating office and government leases, along with selling industrial buildings. Robert has also successfully completed the R-1, R-2 and USPAP courses in real estate appraisal. Robert has a B/S in Economics from Wagner College.
